At least that's the word the doctor gave us on Tuesday. He did an ultrasound and it looks pretty obvious to me.....but I hear umbilical cords can be deceptive. Hopefully my happiness will not be dashed with future pics. I used the term "happiness"....but I suppose the correct word would be "relief"....as raising a little girl in today's world scares the crap out of me. No offense to those of you with little princesses......but surely you agree that such a prospect brings all kinds of fears to light. I guess the next one (crossed fingers) could be a girl....but at least she will have a big brother to protect her.

No offense taken. I was so sure I was having another boy, mainly because I didn't think I could handle the same thing you're talking about. And I got a pistol for a girl, as you all know.
That being said, I dig both, having a boy is very cool when it comes to sports and Playstation and soon to be golf, etc. And it is enough for me to just sit and watch Annie. I've never felt so powerless in my life, but it's a good kind, and I'm sure that will change when the first idiot kid comes trying to date her.
