How Good is Good Enough?

I have to give credit to Andy Stanley for the title...but I think it applies here.

A hypothetical:

You land a job in one of, if not the, toughest conferences in Division 1 college football.....you're there for 10 years....you win 85 games....you have an undefeated season and a conference Championship along with several Divisional Championships not to mention you, for the most part, dominated your biggest rival who just happens to be one of the winningest programs in history. In your 10th season you struggle....with a number of things....some mismanagment and questionable choice.

After many good years you have a bad one.......even so...would you feel somewhat stable? (granted there is a ton of baggage in the AU/Tubby relationship)

The entire situation started me thinking.....at what point does UGA get to this crossroads with CMR??? What do we expect......what do we feel owed, entitled to??
When do the rumblings about Martinez get to be ultimate.....when do we pull an Ole Miss and tell him that if he doesn't fire Willie and can leave too????

How good is good enough??

Don't get me wrong....I'm not a huge Tubby fan....and the whole relationship he had with AU was like a soap opera.....a bad marriage.....where the honeymoon was great and then things got a little rocky.....one started an affair (AU with Petrino) and while the other decided to stay in the relationship and "make it work" they did so out of spite and did their best to make it hell whenever they could (Tubby leaving everyone guessing last year at the end of the season to go "hunting" in Arky..where the state university just happened to be looking for a coach).

So how long is the leash at UGA?

The good Senator has some good perspective:
