It's been a few days now since Cool & The Gang punched the reptiles in the throat and then danced their asses off and I have to say that the afterglow has been glorious. I have watched the game start to finish 3 times and watched key plays several more times. The nonsense about CMR and the Georgia program being classless is just plain silly and I don't feel the need to talk about it.
We looked like a team on Saturday.....a team that grew up during the bye week. Great game plan on both sides of the ball......the MoMass catch was so beautiful and is there any doubt that KnowMo is the future.
It's my hope....and belief....that this team has turned a corner....that being said the only thing I'm thinking about today is Troy.....who is a pretty good team. We need to keep this rolling in a bad way......we all know that given the history of this group (last Saturday aside) all 4 of our remaining games could easily be lost if we come out flat. At this point all we can do is take care of who's next and let everything else happen as it happens......

i think that all teams at some point start to believe and it takes a bye week in the middle of the season to get healthy and put the entire system into the game plan. I still think our D needs to improve on 3rd and long. We miss too many tackles! 3rd and 18 in the 4th...How good is Florida's offense? 24 points (pick 6) and they played "terrible". So our D got key stops but didn't dominate. I know that is part of the game but that scares me against Kentucky passin attack. That being said, I think we go 4-0 because Auburn and Kentucky have to play someone before we play them. Nobody is laying in the woods on a bye week ready to jump up and bite us. This is the jumpstart that will take us to next level. Just like the Auburn game last year. . We win out and Sugar will taste so sweet. The future looks Awesome!! BTW, It is nice just to have 1 running back carrying the ball 20-30 times a game.
FRESHMEN. The Dawgs ran left over and over and over again with a freshman LT, a freshman LG, and a red-shirt freshman RB and dominated. The future is bright indeed.
CMR was genius. With one (two) 15 yard penalties he negated 2 decades of lopsided defeat and took the helm of a new era. On the other hand, Terrance Moore says that he came close to inciting a riot and should be fined by the SEC only proving that boys who were picked last are the best sports critics.
They were prepared. The first offensive play featured a huge crack-back block by Jason Johnson, Knowshon's back-up. CMR saw the value of letting him decleat an LB before they took aim at him carrying the ball if necessary. Willie Martinez sacked Tebow more in one game than he had been all season. That's coaching.
Ain't it great to be a Georgia Bulldog!
